PLz explain how to Create/Edit Maps using Worldbuilder (step by step) as a DETAILED GUIDE please

I think it would be nice if anybody can make a full detailed guide about how to Create/edit Maps explaining all the aspects and steps (for dummies).

plz expalin these points step by step:

* how do they create/edit the maps we're seeing in the workshop ? are they using the worldbuilder which comes with the game and is located on the game default folder in steam folder ? or are they using some other tools to create/edit maps ?

* how can I open an original or workshop map by worldbuilder .. coz it seems that worldbuilder reads only SGB files ?
* how can I edit those original/workshop maps ?
* how can I upload maps that i've edited them to the workshop and make them downloadable for public ?
