Whenever you click the play game option on steam. It will open up the games portal. Then you have the option for the games graphics settings, play and steam workshop. Click on the workshop and you can upload :)

Thx you very much , sadly my computer with the map that i want to upload crashed and i lost it :( but i will try to remake it
