How to download subbed items?

I just got a new hard drive and need my mods installed on it (my old one failed) and i cant figure out how to get steam to download my subbed mods, any help?

the mods should automatical install and will load in when the game is lanched after bace.rtd

Nope, there is a possibility of taking a winrared (sorry for my poor English) mods... you must enter the [CC main catalog] thats mean -

[Letter of disc where CC is installed]:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cortex Command\WorkshopMods
