Multiplayer NPC mod

Most of the time I do not have internet, does anyone know if there is a mod that adds NPC team mates to a solo match? I would really like something like the left 4 dead game wjere there are leveled characters that grab random items/weapons and use them properly.
I thought that this would already be a thing but I could not find it in the workshop. Also, since people seem to be having a issue with instaling the mods on this game, can someone link me to the solution?

Yeah, seems like it uses the UT2004 bot system as they do double jumps. It is configurable(you can choose a character for them, the perk they play and their perk level) and you can drop weapons for them. They can already buy weapons and ammo for themselves but that's just incase they don't or you want them to use a specific one. You can also command them to follow you, run around or camp in an area and shoot crap. I haven't really played with it much but it's the only mod around that does this afaik.
