I can't update my map!

I made a map: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1143865113
But when i try to update it, it just says "error15: access is denied" what do i do!?

This is the exact same error I get. Its really annoying. I was hoping for a quick hotfix but I guess we will have to wait.
