Are Swastika flags allowed?

I've been curious about this, so as the title said, is it allowed or no?

I mean, as long as it's used in a way that really isn't promoting that kind of stuff, I'm all for it. Like let's say you play as the Russians assaulting the German-occupied Stalingrad. I wouldn't mind that whatsoever.

But if you make a map that is literally made up of gas and Swastikas, I don't think that'd be appropriate.

Yeah that was a little too morbid.

I mean, I don't really mind or care if you use Swastikas, as long as it's not promoting Nazis and others similar. Like no levels where you play as a Nazi or white supremacist, but if it's something like Wolfenstein or other WW2 esc games then go for it.
