And then you need to name your sound files,when you are finished put all of the files in a folder and name it and put it in Steam>steamapps>common>BallisticNG>userdata>mysounds or the shortcut in the main menu to show your userdata folder.

I always wanted to make one that Changes the Soundtrack completely.
Do you know what Sound file it needs to be under for it to work?
EDIT: Whelp, I realized that soundpacks only affect the announcer's Voice and I also figured out how to make custom Music play while you race. It was actually simple to do and I figured out that for it to work you needed to have a compatible Music File. MP3 did it for me.
