I wish man, just gotta wait for the fans to do that work, and to add content to the game aswell

there is no way to make that happen except for a script thats only useable in -dev mode (no MP)
relic blocked any kind of content to be added and so on.
Sadly all the community is allowed do is copy/paste existing stuff and rename it.

Why did they block it?

Just throwing my support behind a camera mod. It's currently unacceptable. CoH had the same bad camera (no zoom out) but was modded. Not sure why this would be any different.

As Nachocheese mentioned, you need to launch the game in -dev mode to run it, as it requires a quick console command to run.

Thanks for this. Sad the devs can't add something so simple for what should be a big budget RTS.

The reason that the camera can not be rotated, is that all the maps are made to be seen from a specific angle, a lot of objects don't have backs to them, and the maps in space would look horrific from any angle other than default.
