Weather
I suck at making stuff, So im hoping some one can implament Weather incidents and delays for emergency servies, blizzard, tornadoes, rain, thunder ect. that would be cool.

It would be possible to create "weather themed" calls with a tech item as "fallen tree" or similar, but any game driven weather effects would only be possible if the developers implemented it.
