I often have problems with my crew not arriving on time. This doesn't happen on all flights, but only some. I just saw a plane waiting 7/8 for a crew member, and the final crew member was sitting on a bench NEAR the gate, doing nothing. Then, about 20 minutes before boarding time (the plane was not yet late) he got up. Ah! I thought, he is going to the plane that is literally 3 inches on my screen away from him. But nooooo! He heads for the secured exit, which on my airport unloads to bagage claim and then to the outside for the pickup zone, he goes out, finds the entrance again, goes through security again, heads into the terminal.... by this time the plane was LATE for over an hour, and he finally makes it to the plane. Now why oh why does that final crew member get all the way to the plane, sits his butt down..... and then leaves the airport, goes back to security to get to the plane again? How.... does this happen? :D
