how do i get unsubed mods out of workshop installer

i have a lot of mods that just say"you didnt subscribe to this item or its corrupted.it is highly recomended to uninstall this" ho do i uninstall this.

Use only the Custom Workshop Installer.

how do i uninstall the mods i unsubscribed from because there all still in my game?

For this game the subscribed workshop items need to be installed with workshop installer to appear in game. The installer copies the files direrctly to the game folder.
So you installed these with workshop installer at some point, and unsubscribing doesn't change anything since they are already installed. Now you just need to uninstall them, but that probably won't work with the default workshop installer, see here:

Now that the default installers can messup your game (see description of 934 Installer item):
1. get a fresh game install (remove the remaining files in the game folder before reinstalling)
2. use only the Custom Workshop Installer
