1. you could make a plane look like a helicopter but it would still act as a plane in that it would land on a runway and taxi to stand.

Finally, as workshop can only have planes or airports uploaded, you can't make mods, you are posting in the wrong place and the devs can't see your suggestions. I advise you move this to the 'General Discussions' page.
