Is it possible to edit a pre-made modpack?

I really like Torchlight II Essentials; But some of the mods in it are just dumb, performance terrible, unnecessary, or break the 4th wall (Which I hate) in my opinion. Is there any way to take a few of them out? There are more than 10 that I think are great though, which prevents me from just using them all separately.

Keep in mind, I know nothing more about modding than subscribing to an item on the Workshop, using an executable to inject a mod, or 'put the mod file in the place'.

The best way is to collect and combine the mods that you like.

You need to master mod unpacking for this to be smooth sailing. Publishing/Building your mod pack is easy to do.

I'll try to guide you more when I have the time but for the mean time. Search through the net on how to be familiarized with GUTS, the official Editor of Torchlight II.
