Content required to load this level is currently not available!!!

Help when play moddable version i press summer in cairo map then when it loads IT JUST SHOWS CONTENE REQUIRED TO LOAD THIS LEVEL IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!!!
and i wants to play with a mods ;-; help me get fix this plz

One or more of the mods you have active require the Jewel of the Nile DLC due to an old bug. The only fixes are to either find and disable the mods that require it, or buy the DLC.

Wait so you telling me i have to buy Jewel of the nile with DLC to play with mods?

If the mod requires it then yes. Check the mod descriptions, it should be noted there somewhere or ask the author in the comments below.
