Are you using the workshop files or the officially released files?

Workshop. That's what I'm trying to say When the orca was added to the market for the game And I used the orca skin from the workshop it wasn't working.

It should still work without issue as the workshop files are completely different packages. Just make sure you put the files in the correct locations (Depth\SDK\DepthGame\Content\Characters\Sharks) and make sure you are launching the SDK version of the game.

If that doesn't work you may need to adjust ownership of the package in the SDK.

In the sharks archetype file set "SteamAppId" to 274940 and set "InventoryItemDefId" to 149.

If that doesn't work try set them to -1.

Where are these files located? I found the Steamappid but The InventoryitemDefld I could not find at all.

They are right next to each other in the "skin info" settings.

You need to be in the actual SDK, Navigate to the directory where the shark is that you want to use. You'll see and archetypes subdirectory with a "skininfo" file.
