If you would like to talk with Developers to work with them, and maybe share with them your ideas and works, feel free to contact them. Through this forum, but at the discusion field... or maybe a more profesional way through their contact section that you'll find inside the game or at their web.
You could enter this like a bonus item if Developers could be interested on it, but you must remember that this game is specially focused in real guns. Not fictional items. But like a bonus... maybe it could work.
However, the unique item with a fictional spirit was the Delorian and its futuristic aspect just appears like a little bonus through the "operation mode", you can't dissasembly it in this mode.
What you can dissasembly is just the Delorian itself.
Honestly I must say that it will very hard to enter in this game a fictional car like the batmobile. But like I said, maybe you could work with them to make 3D models for future weapons.
I can give you this link where you could express all your thoughts. I can promise you that, when I can't tell you when will you recive an answer, you will recive it. From my experience these guys really read their messages :D
