I had the same issue and was about to post, but you're question is a little lacking. The thing to consider is that because you're the publisher you should have access via the local file so it might not show up if YOU search it, but others do. We also can't search for it ourselves if we don't know what it's called. Does it show up in the Steam Workshop?
For reference, the scenario I published was called Sexuality Transmission Disease. It shows up in the Steam Workshop, but when I try to find it in Plague Inc, it's not there.

Okay, 1) I'm new here, just figured out how to view things. If "The Rise of Maladek" is your scenario, then yeah, I just tried a second ago and I couldn't find the damn thing either. 2) Offtopic but I tried googling info and I have no clue what it's supposed to reference so I'd say that a description is needed.
