area event fickle, off screen objects wont activate
Seems to me that the event triggers expect the object triggered, to appear on screen/get closer and waits for that to happen?

For instance:
The bro is on an elevator and as he goes down he hits an area event trigger, the mook above who's now meant to start falling gets triggered to do so but wont actually activate, as the trigger waits for me to head toward it/get closer not further away.
and that window of opportunity is tiny.

is there anyway around this?

unless i stand in the exact right spot the trigger activates but nothing happens, i placed a ladder in to check, when i climb the ladder/get closer, he then starts to fall, well after the fact :(


(The area trigger is guaranteed to be hit every time but certain points on the elevator makes the distance to big)

N spawn mook is sad :P

a mook floating in mid air just vanishes so i have them on a box or what ever and then collapse or damage the object, sometimes the object does as it is told but the mook don't fall sometimes neither

This used to work as far is i can remember but one performance patch broke it.
There is also some odd issues with mooks riding outside the screen when in an elevator etc.
In general: try to work with stuff in or close to the screen if its moving.

If there is a workaround, im not aware of it
