Modded Skills for GM Mode

Does anyone know any skill mods that go well with DM mode? For instance I need a spell that will instantly kill a npc. Or is there any way to make skill mods that are specificly for story mode into DM mode?

??? just select npc...click dead/instant kill....
And like elements+gases can also already be placed (though not damage altered :/ -> think maybe someone made a mod or workaround for that idk)

But no there are no mods that do such things sadly (least none I ever heard/seen of probably quite hard to mod the actual GM). Would be cool to just cast even vanilla skills instant :(
(best work around for that I guess can permenant invis a npc and have him cast). -> though idk if there a way to perm invis think moment cast will turn visibile for least a sec.
