Hey so there's this rare tech you can get only from curiosities. I'd like it added in as an option for custom races, or researchable.

I would do it myself if I could figure out how. So if anyone could create an addon file I can drop in, or point me to the resources so I could teach myself how, that would be great.



As a total aside, and on the other hand, it would be even better to have population rally points implemented... like you can control which pops get free movement at the empire level, and can do system level controls at the system level. Obviously genocide is a bit harsh, but you can obliterate entire systems... so what's a little social engineering?
