Looking through every tutorial I could,I still need help with small things, like running my map in-game,and adding soundtracks, and sounds.I ran the map in the editor, and its ready to publish but I can't run the map in game.

create new text file in Levels folder where is your map
name it exactly as map name with extension ".vis" at end
edit it so it only contents just "1" without quotes

So the content of the vis file just needs to have 1 in it?

Try ogg instead. Convert your mp3, there are plenty online web sites offering this feature I think.

Ogg didn't work for me,I try adding mp3 files to the music holder, and in test runs,no soundtrack plays,do I have to edit volume,or should adding files be enough?

It must be OGG, for some reason MP3 just broke for me, OGG simply works somewhat.
