How do i reverse hover blocks?

I am working on a transforming hybrid vehicle, quite useless with the 1.0 update but still wanna do it. I want it to start with the hover blocks off. Ican't find any settings to make the hover blocks be turned off when i am driving it... any ideas how to fix it?

Set the hoverblock to toggle like in the pic below. there is no reverse for a hoverblock. you just toggle the hoverblock on and off.
