Scope FOVs

How do I edit the Field of View for the scopes? I want to move scopes farther away from your face.

Edit: Red Dot and Eotech too.

cl_ads_fov_scale "#" //min. 0.0 max. 1.0. 0 = no fov zoom in. default 1.0.
cl_ads_weapon_fov_scale "#" // min. 0.7 max. 1.3. 0.7 = closest. 1.0 default.

What I meant was like how Vapidscum had edited scope FOVs to be closer to the face by editing the theatre files, I wanted to do the same but with scopes actually farther away.
