i was looking at a way to set the empire quests as individual quests for all players such that it gets treated more like a progression reward, i.e. every player gets their one paragon, their 2 secret spells, their one imperial palace etc.

i havent seen anything under the empirequest rpk in dlc2 is this something that would have to be scripted, (as far as i see there is no simple dropdown or property selection for setting a quest as individual in the way that all players can get individual quests from independent cities.
