In addition, out of all of the quest content uploaded, only 1 has it's source code made available. I will look into it later today to compare with my code and see if there is a problem.
For an example look in Quests_3 under the caravans quest info. There's a function that spawns a strangleweed every 8 seconds that runs using the UtilityScript, which can be initialized along with the VictoryConditions functions and the SpecialEvent functions.
