A mod that changes infantry equipment to a modular style like Robz in AS2?

I really would love to find a mod that changes every faction to have the old modular equipment style, it just makes the models look more realistic and a little more detailed. I'm aware of the reworked factions mod but that only affects the factions added by the mod.

Yes, yes there was, KEYWORD was. it was like the reworked factions mod but had goggles, vests and helmets for every faction (it added custom units to base game factions however only to USA, Russia and added more factions like Poland, France and such), Sadly this mod got deleted and im trying to get it back in some form

UPDATE: it was something along the lines of global escalation
UPDATE 2: It was World Conflict, the main mod is yeeted but here's the remains https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2151685337
