Any chance a modder could make offensive buffs last for an hour, like haste, the fighter buff and the magic wind spell that puts a damage circle around you?

If possible make all the games buffs(except veil, stoneskin, regen, invis) toggleable with a reservation cost. Like if you turn on haste, 10% of your max stamina is reserved to support the buff so you can no longer use that 10%.
