Can't play with all the Creative Workshop content?

I downloaded several mods from Creative Workshop, but they didn't show up in the game. I searched for these Mods on my computer and couldn't find them.

And I've used a mod-enabled version of the game.

Or in Steam betas tab choose 'legacy-pre-SE2017 build'

Then go to legacy Talos version with all content available! GL HF
