MY MULTIPLAYER MODE
HELLO I NEED ADVICE

For a multiplayer game, my status shows Grey in color, which not allowing me to play with other players. How can I fix this issue?
I tried to relog and restart several; times. BUT DOESN WORK.
its getting very anoying. But love this game and need help
