mod question

so do I need to connect to mod server to activate the mod that subs?
or
Can all mods or some mods able to use in official server?

The ones in the "approved" category can be used on official realm.

You subscribe to it from their workshop page, and once it's downloaded open the Vermintide 2 launcher, and activate it by opening the "Mods" window by clicking on mods.
Then tick the mods you want. Only sanctioned mods work on the official realm tho.

Also remember most mods rely some core mod to run. So make sure these are at the top:
Vermintide Mod Framework
Penlight Lua Libraries
Simple UI
(You move them by clicking on them, and pressing the "Up" button on the side)
