is there a way to convert a replay into a blender animation?
or do i just seperately source the assets somehow and reanimate stuff?

There's a video on yt. I don't remember the name, but if i remember it was one of bakkes mod devs video. It was beta plugin or smth. You can try to find it. It's not a perfect, atleast it wasnt back then, idk anything about it now
