I just saved my design of the June competition (to the workshop it says) and afterwards searched for it in the workshop, but didn't found it (yet).

Does it take minutes, hours, days until an uploaded item can be found in the workshop?
Or if I cannot find it immediately do I need to upload again?

Is there any confirmation?
