Spintires is unfortunately no longer compatible with the Spintires+ mod. As frustrating as that is, there's no way around it, and uninstalling Spintires+ is the only solution.

after installing spintires plus mod and moving to the spintires folder my game will not open

try different version of spintires plus

verifi game game integgriti via steam.go on library right click on game , chose propertis go on local files and click on verifi game files ...or just reinstal game
