Video Exporting Question

Hey Guys - I have the regular version of NL2 and am on Windows. Im trying to use the video feature of NL2 and am having an issue - it defaults to .MOV and Windows does not recognize this format. I get a black screen and the sound works. I am getting an error message 0xc00d5212 that the file is not supported, something about a Codec. Anyone have any ideas?

Since Windows has very poor codec support out of the box I recommend to use the VLC media player instead of the windows built in playback app, since theese usually just can use some installed codecs while VLC comes with a huge library of codecs of all kinds: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/ (it's also available as a windows app in the Microsoft Store for free).
