If you mean those banners you can build, then those will need to be added separately from that logo mod, you'd also need to use my banners mod to change them to the correct one.

I did a guide for adding logo mods; you'd need to follow that, but only add the entity and not the logo object. You should also check out my banner mod to see how I added a banner to it:

If you did it right then your flags will also be added to the change skin button (try checking the log for errors if it doesn't work).

I've been experimenting with the game's mod tool, could I add the image of the flag to the mission sponsor?
