Advanced Line Planner?

Is there a mod that makes an Advanced Line Planner....
I have a route, that goes to A-B-C-D
A: Crude Oil
B: Oil
C: Plastic
D. Goods
At the moment, the trucks just pickup whatever they think is best. But i want them only to pickup Plastic from stop C...

Is that possible?

You can specify cargo when buying a new vehicle. Just change from the default Automatic to whatever cargo type you want the vehicle to transport. The vehicle will then only transport the cargo you selected.
