[Mod Request] More Command Points for larger fleets.
Would love a mod that changes the base command points for all factions by at least double. Would be cool if we could change it through an in-game menu.

Does anyone know where to edit this? Can someone make it? Maybe 2x, 4x, and for those with crazy computers 10x?
