Can someone out there please do a mod that will either give us commands to change the weather or at the very least take the base rates and lower them as well as take out the stupid features such as freezing during a heatwave? Please? Pretty Please? They claim on the website for the Dev Kit they give something that can be used to make a new weather pattern so I would think that would replace the base weather?

And before anyone screams an occasional snow storm is fine, an occasional heatwave is fine, an occasional cold front is fine. A heatwave and cold front at the same time is not fine, a heatwave that isn't mitigated by standing in the ocean is not fine, a cold front not mitigated by a fire is not fine.
