Multiplayer can only handle 100 Player Levels as any more will crash the multiplayer.

However if the mod only increases Item and Dungeon levels above 100 then it's good.

For example Lao III enables a player to equip and enchant Items above level 100 and therefore use those items to equip even more items above 100 even up to 500 or 999.

Even though the player is still at Player Level 100.
The Items can be leveled higher with lots of Stats.

So ultimately:

"Player Levels" should be limited to 100.
Multiplayer can only handle this amount.

"Item and Dungeon Levels" have no limit. Can be as high as 999 or more.
Use Stat Enchanters on Items to equip even higher level Items.
