Request a epic loot mod

Want a mod there gives a high chance of epic loot not just legendaries, but loot there adds a badass skill perk is what im looking for

Perhaps "Lao 2 Chaos" with "Running Wild" on top? Loot is powerful, plentiful and has chances of spawning good Item Skills like "Chance of Glacial Strike" or "Meteor".

Thanks for the suggestions :)
but not sure i will be using any of these 2 mods since they change much more than what i want really, so will probably make my own edits instead to game sometime around.
