Rotating camera mod

Is anybody gonna make a steam mod about a rotating camera or are we stuck with the TL2camera mod that isnt by steam and may be old? I thought a steam made mod would be cool and take less work than runic games mods.

Might be related to the fact that the camera rotation mod took some extra effort requiring that it be made off Steam. Not sure about the details however I'm sure the Torch Modders have more info on this.
