Imperium Custom Campaign - Looking for help with trailer making!

As per the forum thread[forum.fromthedepthsgame.com]

I am looking for someone who has some experience with making small footage reels or trailers to help with the making of a new clip for my Imperium Age of Sail Custom Campaign.

The old trailer is hideously out of date, and I have not the skill myself to make a decent new one.
Aiding with this endeavour will earn you a spot in the creators list if you so desire.

I'm willing to purchase a steam game of choice from your wishlist up to 15 euro's. This is negotiable of course. I hope this will suffice for the time and effort to be put into the project?

It's not exactly only an hour of labor. These things take a long time to get put together.

I would have to record all the footage myself and then cut the footage, edit the audio, make some logos, text, etc, and render it. Just looking for minimum wage, how long it would take depends on how long you want to make it.

The trailer would ideally be 2 minutes. first a few shots of the factions involved with some text on screen introducing them. Then footage of stormy sailing and combat. I already have an idea of the music I'd love to see used.

for two minutes of trailer; What would you estimate as reasonable remuneration?
