is there any mod that makes all calls as incidents?

I love the logistical part of the game, where you have to balance your resources with proper spacing to allow incidents to be addressed, but I purely like that about the game. I find it annoying to answer calls and have to go through the process of answering them. Is there any mod that removes them entirely or just turns them into incidents?

I believe you don´t need any mod for that because the game already makes that possible. There should be an option on the city managing screen just before starting a new day.
