Yeah, it's pretty crappy. Steam should get onto them about that. Maps generated by the in-game map generator that you can upload for some reason is not "workshop support."
Not if they bragged about Workshop Support it wasn't.
In Tropico 5 there is a nice mission editor with detailed map working tool, and the power to actually make missions. If the saving feature wouldn't be bugged as hell, then it would be a great addition. Last time i tried the save only worked once. If you tried to save again after trying, then save corrupted.
