Looking for Mod Which Makes Resource Nodes Unlimited

I have searched the workshop and I can't seem to find it, and don't really know how modding works for this game so i figured i'd ask.

All I want is for resource nodes (like stone and gold) to never run dry. I play offline against bots very slowly with very large armies, and toward the end it gets to a point where there are no resources left.

I would also like higher pop limit but thats not really necessary.

You could try a 'more ressources mod'.

Else, edit with die Advanced Genie Editor the ressource of gold and stone up to 99999999 and the pop. limit of houses up to 20 or 30 or something like this. Trust me it's not difficulty.
