The one you linked increases it to 8, so that is already there. As for the 6-sector version I can fix that tomorrow.

What do you mean with "and up to 32 colonists"?

Do you want it to require 4 per sector as the base setting or 4 at the start and then 8?
A few ideas would be:

1. 4/8/12/16/20/24
   
2. 4/8/12/16/24/32
   
3. 6/12/18/24/30/36
   
4. 2/4/8/16/32/48

I would likely not be publishing this one on the workshop, as it feels somewhat redundant.

population/sector = 4/1-8/2-12/3-16/4-24/5-32/6 is perfect.

Honestly it'll be a bit more work than I'm willing to invest in it right now, I have a bunch of RL stuff to take care of.
