how to share cars?????

hey... can i share my cars with friends who also got beamng. so people can test my cars

Sure can, there is the save disk button in the car manager when you have the car selected that you want to share. The tooltip says something like "save for sharing" and you find a really small file exported here once you click it:
\Documents\My Games\Automation\CarSaveExport

That is NOT something you upload to the workshop though, but rather share on forums or on discord with your friends.

yeah but i how can i share them into the beamng mod manager

You export the car to BeamNG from the car manager, then you upload it to their mod repository. How to do that is something to ask there (never tried myself) :)
