[1.1] Mod request: Take provinces with non-adjacent cities in a peace deal.
It is not possible to take the whole province if it is split in half and some of the cities are not adjacent to your territory.
Pops in Pompey die out too quickly in sieges, turning provinces into uncolonized land.
