can I use my weapon skin?

or I just have to wait 'til OVERKILL puts the skin into a safe?

You would have to wait for Overkill to accept it and put in the game, but there are ways to mod it in yourself, best way would be using Beardlib[modworkshop.net] and the Adding Weapons Skins Template[modworkshop.net].
