I say in theory only because it indicates it's running, has in fact changed my screen, but no application has yet to appear where I could change the screen to something I actually want, or to turn it off. It appears in my task manager, so I end the process to try and restart it in vane hopes it will function, each time it subsequently does not. So I reboot the whole machine, to then duplicate the same disappointing failure to launch.
